Wish there were more of these around. Best place to grab computer parts and accessories. Wide variety of laptops and desktops. 3D printers and filament. For computer people they were quite friendly.
Cindy C
Was a frequent customer. Been treated horribly and yelled at. Traumatized for months. Defective items that they sell but want the customer to eat the cost from their own pocket. Will never return.
David Sprague
Dropped laptop off for service, on the phone they said it would be a week, when I dropped it off they said 2 weeks to complete diagnosis and repair. After 4 weeks I went and picked it up and they hadn’t even looked at it. Do not use them for service/support.

Holy cow! If you need an electronic thing and they don't have it, you really don't need it. They seem to have everything. I think 50 people work there 😁
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
Its not a "Typical Repair shop" it's a RETAIL STORE so yeah they need a phone number. Also name a repair shop that doesn't have a phone number Nate. I'll wait...
Nothing intensive, like Abdulla said.
Sounds to me you are looking for a screen/monitor that can adjust sizes. Likely you can adjust your setting on your current computer to do the same thing, unless you are using a small laptop. Then a larger monitor would help. They do many many different sized monitors.
They do sell ps4 accessories,I'm relatively sure they do,call them first if they have it ask them to hold it, they will, they carry a lot of hard to get items,if they don't have it, I recommend Amazon,we know they have it in stock, in Missouri probably 1 to 2 day delivery, plus you will save milage on your car and fuel expenses, thanks for your inquiry, I hope this is helpful.
Hi Elizabeth, you are able to purchase select gift cards online from Microcenter. However, they are only available for in-store pickup. You can look into Target if you would like the card to be mailed to the recipient. I hope this helps!
Depending on the age of the printer & the price of printers these days, it’s almost less expensive to purchase a new one.
Maybe call them and ask , if its fixable im sure they can.
Just call them and listen for the prompts.
You could download ophrack on another computer, make a disk and follow directions to unlock the password.
Yes, they can. In my opinion, they're more reliable than some of the other places offering such services.
It is always busy with people and answering the phone is not a priority. That is my experience
Not really - there are no used parts, but it is a store for geeks like me and you.
Customer was contacted and questions answered. Sorry for the delay
Microcenter usually has a lot in stock, was in 2 days ago, shelves were pretty full, picked up some PLA
No, Micro Center doesn't provide any in home service.
If u go to the site, there is an option to text them, email, or chat online. Options if u are looking for info before making that drive to the store
Depending on the age of it and what's wrong, it might be cheaper to get a new monitor
Unfortunately they do not have a raffle program, very good idea I will ask if is possible, and repost a corporate response, thanks for your inquiries.
I would call/go and ask them if they can help.
Use their website to check, this is just their google maps page, not a page run by them, they don't nesecarily monitor it regularly.
You should he able to do so, as long as the license purchased by your husband was good for multiple machines, which usually they are. Instructions can he found on google, but try to go ahead and click that resubscribe button and see if it gives you the option to supply another account. If that doesn't work Microcenter's help desk can certainly walk you through it.
Mask. Distancing. Limits the number of people in store.
They took the number off the site. They are dirty. Manage lied straight to my face
They do they been very busy
I'm just a customer, but they have a whole mac section at the front of the store
Yes. they are open till 9p
If you call the store you can speak to someone who can probably help out. Last time I was in I saw a bunch of universal laptop power cords so they can likely help you in store as well
I was there 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and they were busy. They were well staffed though.
Why does no have a phone number to call
I bought something there for my computer that didn't work. Packaging destroyed and they allowed the return
Yes
Not really a question. Also not right. I would report it to the manager. I like that place too and keeping it up to the standards we expect will keep it around for a long time.
Acer as it should still be under warranty.
They don't deliver
No, it's free and you can do it at home. On a PC, go to Windows Update, and install whatever it finds. On a Mac, go to the Apple menu, About this Mac, and then Software Update. You may need to go to the individual hardware manufacturer's site if a specific driver isn't available, but again, it's free. If you're ever prompted to pay, it's a scam.

Ask the corporate office vs asking Google maps!
This is a question you should ask a store employee. You can call this location to be able to ask your question at the following phone number: (314) 252-3961 Have an amazing day!
It's probably going to be cheaper to buy a new printer than to have it diagnosed and repaired.
These questions are more for general business questions like hours and stuff. Your best option is to call them direct and ask.
Mico center would NOT carry this equipment
It depends. I would imagine they are open on most smaller holidays, but most major ones like Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July, are likely no gos.
You would be betyer off calling them directly for a solution to your problem. Although I doubt it will be free.
No. They can recycle parts and you can return a part within 30 days of purchase but they wont buy your parts.
I would contact Micro Center they do have classes on building computer's
No. They only repair desktops and laptops.
Yes.
Close to where, for me it is NOT close, however, it is so worth the trip!!!
Yes.
I haven't seen anything like that, Amazon is probably your beast bet.
They should if you buy it from them
You can check your computer into service at the Knowledge Bar inside and to the right, their technicians will try to analazye the problem and then they can repair it for you. It usually takes 12-72 hours to fix, depending on your specific issue and/or how many people are in queue for service in front of you already. In short: yes, but I can't promise they can do it in 1 day.
Call the store. These forums are for questions like store hours, location Etc
They have a team that assembles the parts you buy from Microcenter but not sure about anything else.
Visit EPC computers (epcusa.com) in St. Charles. They sell refurbished PCs. Dan Fuller might still be the owner.
Check sound settings. Make sure sounds isn't muted. Be sure all updates have been applied.
I would search their website for the product you desire. That seems like a specialty item, but it is electronic so they may just have it.
Yes, it can generally be recovered if youre referring to a malicious actor (like a virus, worm, etc that gave them control). You definitely dont need a new laptop, as you can always recover the laptop from scratch just like you received it when new. Whether it can be recovered exactly as it was prior to being taken over depends entirely on what the virus/person did to tge data on the hard drive. If you have backups from prior to that time you can also restore to that point.
All you have to do is ask someone there, they are extremely helpful
Less than 20 minutes. You need to put your name in the computer then wait until they get to your name. You also have to purchase the ram there.
Only if you have receipt. They only do retail. Try Vntage Stock they do trades.
Microcenter has a very liberal policy on product warranties. It's best to call and ask about specifics.
Yes, they csn do about anything computer related.
If you used a credit or debit card, itll be in the computer. For a refund, they will need the same card you used purchase the headphones. The refund transaction will be similar to the purchase as you will need to swipe or insert your card and use your PIN and the refund normally appears within minutes. If youre going to exchange them for another pair or a different brand, theyll hild the return and process the exchange once you've returned to the counter with the new pair. It's a simple process.
Call Micro Center, they have a team there that can help you out.
Not sure what type of system you are referring to, but check for applications that are running in the background. Also, try restarting your unit to shut some of these applications down.
You obviously have a phone, so call them instead of asking us to call them for you!
Good question ! It is possible that eventually you could need a new battery ; however they weren't designed to be opened so that you can change out the battery ! Unless by a registered Apple dealer or the manufacturer . I dont see how they can be opened ! They have a lithium battery ! So they should last for years & years .
Trying to call Microcenter isn't a great idea. I'm not sure I've ever gotten anyone other than their central help desk to answer. Their chat would be able to answer your question.
Absolutely. I've been buying parts & building systems for years. No shipping charges & faster turn around. Happy building!
Call to verify. They don't answer these questions
They do not. Youd have better luck selling it on ebay and craigslist.
At this point. Buying a bundled pre-built PC is the best route
249 = 6m no interest; 999 12m no interest. On their credit card.
Troll or very dumb person, can't tell
You can go to their website and select the Brentwood store to see what they have in stock at that store.
No but you could either follow a free tutorial on YouTube or pay geek squad from best buy to do it for you.
Think they have a repair center but they would guide u regarding procedures
Yes, I believe it was $25 off the CPU and $25 of the motherboard if bought together
Yes, You can order online and pick up in stores.
Most of the time, be sure to check on the website, they're all posted there! Cheers!
