This is an excellent neighborhood park with great trails with multiple entry points. There are wooden steps and bridges. No restroom facilities. Great urban vegetation. Lake Washington Waterfront on other side of road as well.

Plenty of people walk dogs here, on leash. But it's relatively flat, not a hike.
Pretty sure you're going to have to measure that yourself. Its not much though. Personally, i like further down the park where tge concession stand/bathrooms are. That gtassy area is way less crowded, and theres steps down to the water.
I think about 3 or 4 with benches.
