This was a pretty awesome place to stay. Lots of unique facilities, and the apartments were quite spacious. Pandemic pricing made this a steal. The dog community is lovely and I raised my puppy here. That being said noise and ants are a problem I faced, even from the 4th floor. Also my roommate's car got broken into so safety is questionable these days.

I didn’t see any one mentioned the incredible intolerable noise coming from the Tyson Kennels Dog Day Care behind building C. A large amount of dogs barking day and night making unbearable barking noise!! These dogs never stopped barking and noise never stopped. It’s only 0.5 miles away from apartment building and makes me impossible to sleep. With constant 60+ db noise at night, I don’t know what else to say about it!!

I've been staying here for over a month in corporate housing and I have had the worst experience. I was in Building C facing the salt pond which is a lovely view. Unfortunately, I didn't have any reception. My unit didn't have any wifi installed and I was using hot spots the first week waiting for wifi to be installed. After the wifi was installed, it was constantly dropping. Finally, my Altair rep asked the Synergy folks to transfer us to a different unit. My corporate reps were very helpful and I'm so grateful for them, but the wifi situation was impossible to work with. My second problem was a horrible interaction with Jorge Ramon, Community Manager. I ordered prescription cat food and when it was delivered, it was placed in the lockers without being logged. Reordering the prescription cat food would require a host of other things to be done. I'd already missed nearly 3 weeks or so of work due to the wifi situation and spent 2 days figuring out what happened to my package. I went into the leasing office to ask them about their package protocols and what would be done in the future to prevent more headaches. The staffers had no answers for me. Jorge in particular, was incredibly rude and brushed me off as though my problems were not important. He told me he couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again to my packages and that I should mark them leasing office in the future. I accepted that I would, but I'm hoping not to have to spend more time trying to find packages. I was not looking for a guarantee. I was looking for some reassurance that they will take action to prevent packages from going missing. I also, raised the possibility that one of his staffers had been rude to my husband, and I hope that doesn't happen again. He told me if I wasn't sure it was them then there's nothing to do. To end the conversation, Mr. Ramon said, "Look, too bad that you couldn't find it, but it's here so we can leave it at that. We aren't even required to speak to you and are only doing so as a courtesy to the Synergy team. Now, I have to get back to work" and walked off. He lacked decorum and professionalism as a manager. Nor did he hold any personal responsibility in a job well done. His "nothing to do's and can't guarantees" prove he is quite ineffectual. An effective Community Manager would have done the following: 1. Say sorry for the inconvenience. 2. Say he would look into which staffers had been communicating with the Synergy staff which led to me running around for 2 days and work with them to prevent misunderstandings between their staff and Synergy staff in the future. 3. Say he would make sure to go over proper guest services etiquette to ensure all guests are happy with their interactions with leasing office staff regardless of whether or not it had been a leasing office staffer. 4. Say he would implement daily or weekly package locker audits to prevent missing or unlogged packages from sitting in the lockers too long. 5. Say that their staff would read the address labels of unlogged packages found during those audits and alert the appropriate people including Synergy staff, and residents. 6. Say he would post up signs to remind couriers to log packages in the locker system. 7. Say he would personally work on the safety of packages moving forward because it is not an unreasonable expectation for a luxury apartment complex. We had considered leasing here long-term once our corporate housing contract ends, but following my exchange with Jorge we will be leaving as soon as possible. I encourage more guests in corporate housing to review their stay to provide a clearer picture of how the leasing office staff treats us versus residents. Synergy has promised they would review partner expectations with the leasing office staff and I hope no other guests will have the experience I did.

Enjoyed our stay here. Residents and staff very friendly. Loads of dogs and dog people to enjoy. The hot tub is a wonderful way to end your day. Start your day in the main lobby with a Latte, or capucino, expresso, coffee, etc. Plenty of parking available. Really nice walking park nearby. Bike anywhere safely from the complex. Facebook nearby.

Normal office hours

How is trash handled here? I see that the residents usually put out their ties garbage bags in bins, but is this any day of the week or just on housekeeping days?

Any day of the week, any time of day there will be the smell of garbage wafting down the hallways mixed with perfume that gets pumped through the vents to try and mask the smell.
