I've done business with this company a few times over the last 12 years each time I walk in there they don't recognize me and treat me with suspicion. If you don't meet their image of what a normal person should look like that is the treatment you should expect. Except for that they are a very honest company cuz I just read a review from a guy named silver gold King they gave him a bunch of attitude because he asked where the ATM was I got exactly the same treatment when I asked where the bank was so I could get a cashier's check. Mr mish as a fellow HEEB you out of everybody should know what it's like to have prejudice directed at you. You should know better

Robert was beyond unprofessional towards me. Reading the other reviews, I have to conclude that my experience was the rule, not the exception. I had brought my gold foreign coins in that I had checked out at the Treasure island coin shop, and another coin shop in Mountain View. Just wanted to shop around offers to get the best deal for my coin. Robert totally became impatient and noticably agitated when I said he gave me a much lower offer than what I got from either of the two places I had shown it first to. And the offer I go from Mish when I came to sell my coin that was passed down in the family was about 20% less than my highest offer, which was Mountain View coin shop. He said some really rude things to me that I would not like to repeat here, in the interest of keeping things PG. Just a note to Robert: being a longtime precious metals dealer does not somehow make you the king of precious metals. Anyways, I gotta concur with some of the other comments that this place has seriously gone downhill.

I do not recommend Mish. Really unpleasant person running this business. He was rude, condescending. I have no idea why anyone would do business with them. I will never be back. He also ripped me off.
