Friendly, fast, helpful, cheap and very knowledgeable staff. Get my old bike fixed here and the result it is so much better than I expected, they were very careful tune it up and choosing the pieces. I'll come back.

Yes, they'll take most bikes in some sort of workable/fixable condition. I'm sure they strip bikes down that have irreparable frame damage. Either way, your donation will be used to create jobs and training for the community. 😊

IIRC, didn't this shop used to offer classes on bike repair for underprivileged community members and if they passed, they got a bike (the one they were working on?). Is this accurate? Do they still do this?

Sorry they do not. Saturday's at 12 pm they have the workshop open and you can work on your bike for $5.00. You sign in and your good to go to use there tool,bike racks, Greece,oils. Replace parts and any thing you need. There web site has all the info and numbers to call. It is a great place.

Yes. You can buy them at the main store or at the work shop a block over Very cheap in price and if you do get them at the work shop,you can put them in with thier tools. They are realy nice people that work and volunteer all the time,so feel free to ask any question you have. I have been going there over four months now and have not one problem. Very happy with them.
