There is seating, not directly where the shows are played. But you can easily find a seat there.
As one of the security guards I don't recommend cartwheel kicking or anything stupid but if people are cool and pick each other up and are having a good time, it's good. You will get kicked out if you're being stupid. 21+ tomorrow night
