Really bad service twice. Said package was delivered the 1st time The driver got my house number confused mine is 2322 he delivered it at to 2232 I was able to get package by going to the house. This 2nd time it says delivered and left at gate The 2232 nor do I have a gate No one in my street has a gate I have filed a claim and no one has responded to me unlike the the first time the city facility contact me and informed me of the house it was delivered to and this time they have not. Its unbelievable that the driver can not delivered the package my house numbers are huge and bold and the mailbox numbers as well driver don’t even stop by my house as well both packages were paid next day air for the price i am paying its frustrated that I can not get my package matter of fact at least a phone call like last time. And I know the reply will be please sent you a private message and I HAVE file a claim online called customer center three times and I do not know what else to do I need my package or at least a respond

Package delivered by dumping over the fence by the road 50 yards from the house. No notice it was delivered. Fortunately the wife noticed "something" was by the fence before the rain started which would have destroyed the AC filters.

So I received a text today to state driver attempted to deliver my package from 11:15 am until 1:30 pm. This is a lie I work from home have a ring camera and camera over my garage and the room I work out of the window is front of the house. It must have been a ups ghost driver that attempted to deliver my package today. I know my regular ups guy and have not seen him all week so he must be out and of course someone else is working his route and lied about the delivery attempt there is no missed delivery sticker on my door. And as you can see the ring doorbell.

This is not the first time I get a notice that the driver attempted delivery and no one not a single ups truck ever came by! I have been sitting out front waiting for this delivery all day and nothing! This is unacceptable the drivers are lying and are not even attempting delivery! Nor does customer service have the ability for some reason to get you connected to a dispatcher directly!

They are closed for holiday won't reopen till tuesday at 10am and will close at 6pm. Will call will open at 7:30pm till 8pm

Probably. Check the UPS website for their company's holiday hours.
If you make arrangements with UPS, they can hold it for pick-up. You would probably need to make arrangements at least 1 day before your estimated delivery date.

Really it would be a favor not a service they offer
They do not have Cust. Serv. open, on Saturdays. Mon.-Fri. 11-18:30 re-open 19:30-20:00.
You should be able to pay for it at the UPS store . You need to start the shipping process with pickup info.
