Very good boarding experience, so long as you have all necessary documents, not a problem. Very efficient, with several stations to navigate all smoothly. A little wait to board, but that's only because many check in early. We were ushered to lunch and enjoyed that while they finished prepping our staterooms, so far, so good!

Curbside unload and everyone directed us in and through the terminal no problem! The folks at Norwegian were terrific on our Alaskan Cruise in June 2019! Looking forward to another Norwegian Cruise on the BLISS again. Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: We all could use a little Bliss these days for sure!

We went on an Alaska cruise with NCL and it was amazing. The port was nice, the city was great. The ship was amazing, and we had a great time. The trip took us to multiple port cities, including Catchican, Skagway and Victoria. The staff on the ship were friendly and helpful, the food was great and the activities were enjoyable.

About 830am they should be taking luggage at early arrivals, located at the south end of terminal.

We ordered one recommended by NCL that was delivered to our home. Then we took it with us to Seattle and did a zoom proctored test. Real easy but you will need a way of doing a zoom session. We took my wife's light weight laptop.
not that I'm aware of. There's a Marriott across the street practically from the pier. And a few other hotels are walking distance. And there's always Uber
Usually your passport will be handed over to you only when the ship start sailing from Victoria / Canada. So it is better you inform the cruise company while booking or while check-in at the pier before your journey begins.
If you're flying in, look for an NCL rep at the airport luggage pickup. They will arrange a bus & take your luggage to the ship for you. After the airport, the luggage was waiting for me in my stateroom. It was super easy.
