We ordered one recommended by NCL that was delivered to our home. Then we took it with us to Seattle and did a zoom proctored test. Real easy but you will need a way of doing a zoom session. We took my wife's light weight laptop.
We took a proctored test at home before leaving for Seattle as we thought it better to know our results before traveling.
Not sure for Seattle. We did ours before we left home. They just had to be within a 48 hr period.
