If you're flying in, look for an NCL rep at the airport luggage pickup. They will arrange a bus & take your luggage to the ship for you. After the airport, the luggage was waiting for me in my stateroom. It was super easy.
Probably not. When you go in, you have to go through security checkpoints. There is a big waiting area you sit in after checking in at the counter. They make sure your reservation and your travel documents are valid.
