Broken doors on the entry, smelled of urine inside of the building, and the staff was not competent. Have been having issues getting mail delivered for the last month even though my mail forwarding is on.

Very rude lady works here. Not at all helpful. Has N number of reasons to bring you back and deny the service. Very disappointed.

Nasty and rude woman at the counter told me I couldn’t mail my package because I clicked that there was liquid (a small sample of something skincare for the face for a friend) and then said something like “Do I have to do everything for you?” When I asked if she had something. I told her she was very rude and she could care less. She shouldn’t work here. I left even though she lied to my face about not being able to accept the package and found another small post office that I frequent now instead. Don’t go here if you want customer service.

Once great, we have allowed greedy politicians to destroy our tax funded post office as set forth by our Founding Fathers so their greedy buddies can get the extra business for their private shipping companies and keep many voters from being able to cast ballots since they have closed so many polling locations too. Both parties are to blame! My PO box has doubled in price in a year but not 2 weeks goes by where I am not emailed by a company demanding a better address as so much get return to sender for no reason other than inconvenience as the address is identical to the last time they mailed me something. Its to the point now where I will take a 8 hour trip to another city for anything on a schedule as the post office only disappoints now
