I've had two appointments at this location in the past month, both of which were cancelled without notice. I've started going to the Pflugerville location instead.

Well I made a dr appt here for all 3 of my kids and when the appt day came up I was told they could only see 1 of kids. That's not right I been going there whenever all 3 kids are sick.

Excellent pediatrician, Dr Bennun. We have no complaints about him and his team, but what is administrative does not have the same reviews, at least on the phones to make an appointment it is an odyssey, it opens at 8 AM, you speak at 8:01 a second and according to the congested lines of other calls, the wait is long and this is every time you have to make an appointment. I know there is another method, but unfortunately they don't offer it completely. Time has passed and I continue to visit this clinic, in my experience it is better than the others I have been to, but communications by phone are not very good. I was calling from approximately 5:15 pm to get an appointment and it turned out that they waited until almost 5:30 pm to answer and left with the fact that they did not hear me, immediately afterwards they hung up the phone. I know you may be desperate to go home, but find something less obvious.

worst ARC clinic around Austin! They have cancelled 2 of my appointments now on the day of. I had this appointment scheduled for over a week now and they call an hour before my scheduled time to cancel the visit. The last time I went in for lab work they said they did not have the orders, but when I called the appointment line they could see the orders in the system, The front desk personnel is moody and unhelpful. If you can schedule your visit somewhere else.

In my opinion you should go if you think you have the flu, or if you ever have a high fever. The flu can kill you if left untreated. I'm not a doctor, so don't take this as medical advice. Everyone's situation is different.
