Thank you all! You saved my life, my family members' lives, and many of my friends' lives, after referring them there to you. You all are so very knowledgeable. So, we switched all of our medical needs over to your office after that. And, I also love the high-tech teleconferencing appointments when I get too sick to get out of bed to come in for my visit. Great job you all! Keep up the fantastic work!
Jon

Dr Pekar!! Amazing virtual session today. He listens with kindness and professionalism. He knows his stuff. Finally, my medical issues were addressed efficiently! He doesn't waste time and he pays attention. I will only request Dr Pekar from now on.

I would absolutely love to give this place 5 stars because I had the greatest experience with one of their NP and I was getting such great help through her.. Here's the reason that's not happening though. The person I saw is no longer with this establishment, which fine that happens, however I received NO notice of this. I got no email or call or text or any attempt to reach out that would have let me know that I was going to need to make an appointment with someone else. I found this out after I called because no one was getting back to my pharmacy about my medication refill. I reached out to the office, told them I needed a refill due to the fact that I was out of my medication and was at that time informed that my NP was no longer with them and they wouldn't refill my medication. Let me clarify by saying I was told they would refill it after I saw someone else. So let's run through this situation real quick. I'm out of my medication. The NP that I was seeing and had established myself with was no longer available. I was not going to get my medication. I have no idea who anyone else is at this place to even know who to request to see. I'm also assuming most of them have regular patients and full schedules. This means it could be weeks before I get my medication. Not to mention I work 10 hour shifts. I don't have a lot of availability and finding a day that lines up with someone is very hard. Something else to keep in mind is the fact that I would no longer have my medication for the problem I take it for and I would have gone through withdrawals during this time. The woman on the phone was unsympathetic, offered no apologies, explanation, or help. Not even an attempt to see if someone had an appointment soon that could squeeze me in. I couldn't even get a few days of medication to tie me over until this got figured out. I don't know if they're obligated to let patients know when this type of situation happens but I would think a decent establishment would want to reach out and let patients know so they could keep a good relationship with them. Thankfully the ladies at my pharmacy were absolute angels when I called to tell them what happened and they helped me figure out a temporary solution. They were very supportive and also seemed surprised at the lack of notice I received. I have an appointment with a different place very soon and am glad to be away from this mess... Would not recommend.

They do take walk ins but, if they're really busy they'll make and appointment for you. Or you may have to wait for awhile so they can sneak you in.
I am a cash pay client. A typical office visit and flu test cost me about $90. I enjoy going to Victory medical because the same procedure at a walk in elsewhere (walmart or Walgreens etc) is about $110-120 and they usually have samples to help with symptoms without additional costs.
