The Hispanic lady that sits to the far left is rude. As she just sits there on her phone and has some of the worst traits of someone that works in customer service. Every M.D. there really doesn't help with any resources or advice more of just telling you that your an inadequate parent.

Had a terrible visit this afternoon with customer service at the front and the seating arrangement for patients. When you walk into the pediatrician side there are two counters, only one was operating for whatever reason and that's fine. But they had the waiting room separated into two sides (the larger side for sick patients, and the dmall little corner for regular appointments. When we checked in the young woman behind the counter told us to sit in the small section as we were there for a regular appointment. There were no chairs available so we went to ask about the open side because we didn't know they had them separated because it's not clearly marked, or marked at all for that matter. We decided to stand and wait because that was the only option available. The woman behind the counter leaves for a moment, and when she comes back someone had been called and some seating became available that we hadn't seen yet. She pointed it out and we said thank you and took our seats just as a security guard comes around the corner pretending to mean mug people like he has some kind of purpose in life. To top it all off, to call patients to be screened for weight and height, they call you up and you have to walk through the entire sick side of the waiting area to get to where they're calling you up to. She was rude and dismissive upon check in, and then the entire process is putting otherwise healthy people at risk by making them walk by everyone in the sick person's waiting area. Disgusting.

After 25 minutes past of my child appoitment and wait 45 minutes after my child was check for a nurse and nurse student only and I was told they can not give nothing any medicine to my child who was with dehidratation because diarrhea and vomit...worse professional services.
