I really like how they get things done and how polite they are. I am waiting for maintenance to come up to hang my TVs I got for an early birthday present. Overall They are all respectful fast kind and helpful.

I have lived at Morning View Terrace for nearly 2 years and my experience has been great. The staff (both office and maintenance) is second to none in both service and courtesy. They all feel like neighbors to me and treat me the same. My lease will be up in a few weeks and I plan to renew. I highly recommend Morning View Terrace

Recently my kitchen faucet sprang a leak and I called Morning View Terrace maintenance for a quick repair. Unlike other places where I have lived, my call to Morning View maintenance was quickly acknowledged and a service call was set up. My new faucet was installed without delay by a very competent maintenance guy who did the work quickly and efficiently. Thanks for a job well done!
