Escondido banfield was so kind, caring and communicative! I was referred here to consult with Dr. Azad for spay and tacting for my 5 month old GSD because my dogs main location does not perform tacting for bloat. I cannot thank this location enough. I am a nurse, and communication is very important to me. I appreciate their patience and call backs with answers to my concerns that I had. I want to especially thank Bianca. You are an amazing asset to Escondido Banfield and I am so lucky to have spoken to you regarding my issues given I do not live locally to that area! I will not forget your kindness. I appreciate you so very much.

Love Dr. Sarafin! I have a frenchie with bad environmental allergies and she's been the only veterinarian who's been able to give my Zeusy some relief!

They are charging a wellness plan when they haven't seen my pet but once. ( 2020 I took him for check up and said all was good when the pet was peeing blood) ..at this point i took him to a different veterinary they had to do surgery.) at this point he was enrolled on a wellness plan.....been trying top cancelled and stop payments they keep taking it out every moth and now they renew with out me allowing to cancelled...every time i try cancelling they transfer the call and not one parson is allowed to help; sometime they just cut the call and i have to go back and call again hold for 30-40 min and they just keep going on circles. If was allowed to give them 0 stars that is what they deserved as corporation and a people helping at local hospital.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 19, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 19, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 19, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 19, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
