My lil guy’s first ever professional hair cut done by Keri. I have Multi factor authentication on all my online accounts, so the fact I’m writing a review meant I had to remember all my passwords, shoot a code in order to write this review. And I should, because the business, and Keri deserve it. I’m an Amazon pro, I don’t go out of my small bubble because I work from home and by that I mean I just work a lot. Convenience matters to me. The paperless, all in the cloud works for me and I have deep appreciation for businesses who embrace technology. Because it’s not simple. I know. Not only that this place is techie- the staff is also very kind. Keri, I know my boy wasn’t the quietest one (and I wasn’t kidding when I asked if you have grooming by sedation, lol) you still gave him the best haircut ever and we are a fan. Thank you, thank you! Hot Diggity Dog is the place for all your dog service needs. My pups get happy whenever they visit because of all the good times they have. Today was the first time Honey and Alex were groomed. Honey receieved the double coat de shedding service with a sanitary clean up. Alex received the double coat de shedding service with a hair cut. Both dogs nails were trimmed, ears cleaned, paw pads cleaned up, smell wonderful, and have cute bandanas. Stephanie and Salem did a beautiful job. Honey is a very shy girl and I'm glad she did so well with them. You can even get a report card to see how your dog did while in their care.

Second time, different dog. Same great experience!! This time my mini schnauzer went in, very matted and dirty. I had even attempted to shave some of her mats so she was very uneven. She had been all over before for grooming- petco,petsmart,vet, and always had issues. I would get a call that she tried to bite or that she was being difficult. Worried that I would have the same problem here, but they did so well with my standard poodle, I had to try. My pup came out looking the best ever! Didn’t have any issues. She was a beauty! I will definitely be coming back with my other two soon.

Took our 5 month old Bernedoodle puppy for his 1st grooming. He is very active and his hair was like fuzz. Keri really did a wonderful job on him! He looks so handsome - AND he left happy, not at all upset by the experience. We have been taking our 3 year old bernedoodle to K9 for a couple of years for both daycare and grooming and have always been pleased with both services. You can trust everyone at K9 to take good care of your 4 legged family member.
