If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. By far the most unprofessional setting and so much illegal activity happening at this place. Any positive review posted is from someone who works there and they are pressured a lot to do it, threatened to be fired if they don’t post something positive. They steal money from patients which is why no prices are ever posted and the billing triple bills to make more money. They promise patients see doctors daily and it doesn’t happen by they get charged anyway. This place is a scam, a joke.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS AWFUL PLACE. Any positive review is false and a result of a patient being pressured into writing one. Their staff is horrendous, incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, unapologetic, untrained and an absolute sorry excuse for a medical team. The owner and director, LARRY BURNS has absolutely ZERO medical background, education or knowledge...yet he is a primary and final decision maker for patient's TREATMENT...completely unethical and illegal. Their awful "billing specialist" has no bedside manners and no proper training in medical billing or coding. She screams at patients and doesn't change her tone until she hears CASH PATIENT or MAJOR PPO PLAN. Even then, she improperly bills insurances and charges for dates of services that are non existent or services that were never even rendered. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. STAY AWAY.

A friend of mine received care at Crosby. He tried over and over to get the help he needs and never got it until Crosby. Staff and treatment there made all the difference that saved his life. He would not be here today if it was not for Crosby. My friend who I will keep anonymous said he is blessed he found Crosby Clinic for help, recovery, and his life back. Forever grateful.

This "company" is not at all in the best interest of its "patience." An ex pro athlete is currently residing here for "treatment" and Mr. Burns has assisted him in conducting a fraudulent passed drug test for his court date back in December 2015. (He passed his drug test by the way), but he sure wouldn't have without Mr Burns ordering the products this athlete needed to pass a clean drug test for the courts in his home state. This company allows its "patience" to drink on site and do drugs within its facilities and is just collecting the Insurance money, fraudulently. There's absolutely NO TRUTH to any advertisement they may claim! I've seen everything first hand. See previous review to support these claims..

To the highest bidder. Spare yourselves and your loved ones. Look to nonprofits. Rage against addiction is a great place to start. Blessed journey.

This place is a total and absolute SCAM. The man who owns this place is a CRIMINAL who has spent time in prison for fraud and money laundering. He goes by the name Larry Burns, but his actual name is LAWRENCE BURZYNSKI (FBI Number 189372M7). I was an inpatient client there for two months (December 2014 to January 2015). To make a long story short, I went there for intense therapeutic support, which they promised, and left with NOTHING. They charged me $9,000 for the program upfront, and promised that the rest was covered by my insurance. After spending weeks and weeks there with little to no access to actual therapists, I went home, and six months later they send me a bill for $34,000! The only explanation was "Oops, the insurance company didn't cover the rest," which they promised me upfront that it would. I was a brand new school teacher, and I was not about to pay for a fraudulent program that didn't provide ANY of the services they promised. Stay far far away!
