Took my truck in for simple maintenance. I had 4 recalls on my truck apparently All was said to be accomplished in 1 day. Option of a loaner vehicle was not an option. Day after day after day, no answer, hanging up the phone with my secretary, and lies. It’s been 8 days now. This is the only review I’ve ever made. I own 2 businesses 5 stars. Hoping this nightmare hasn’t affected my own Buisness reputation now. If so I truly apologize to my clients.

Place took months to get anyone on the phone. Finally got an appointment to get a plastic piece fixed. They didn’t even look at it at my appointment for 8 hours. Told me they were going to have to keep it three days for something that would take 15 seconds to look at. Let alone it would take 15 minutes to fix. I won’t mention my service writer but he was rude and disrespectful as well. Definitely won’t be buying another 60 thousand dollar truck from here.

I bought a used car from these guys within the past couple of months and wanted to share my story so you can make your own informed decision on whether to deal with them. If you decide to buy used here, I would find out if Reyes - used car repairs, and Michael Lopez - store manager, are still there because they will be against you the moment that sale is complete and waste your time over and over again.
