Terrible customer service, avoid if you can! Wouldn't see my pet despite being only :08 minutes late to the appointment (well within their self-proclaimed 10 minute grace period). So many other vets in the area, will not return.

I've been going to this vet for a few years. This place used to care about animals but now all they care about is money. They scam people with unnecessary tests-- like for the simperica trio meds, this vet requires a yearly heartworm test, even tho the manufacturer's website states there's only a need to do a test every few years and that the heartworm meds are 100% effective, when no doses are missed. Yet, this vet scams people with yearly tests. It's shameful.

They took my baby Louie in very quickly and on time! Very friendly staff that made my baby feel welcome despite him being scared. The prices are actually very affordable and the medicine they gave him worked within an hour. I am actually very satisfied and will return here again!

To my knowledge, no one there handles exotics. VCA Mission Animal and Bird Hospital in Oceanside is a 24 hour vet office that specializes in birds, exotics, and even wildlife. That's the closest place that I know for a fact can help a bird at this time of night
They do, and their prices are awesome!
