Got a referral to the orthopedic doctor here due to chronic back pain for nearly two decades and a day before my appointment I was told that my appointment was canceled because they don’t deal with back or neck pain. Isn’t that literally their speciality? Doesn’t make a bit of sense.

Have been in hospital several times for Atrial Fibrillation and had to undergo cardio test and procedure. Have been in walk in clinic and emergency room many times. Have had wonderful care and treated with kindness and respect. Best thing to happen in the Hill country was building that facility.

S&W used to be an amazing hospital with amazing drs, but they are so far from even acceptable at this point. The Dr's have proven time and again that there really are no standards to work here. IF you have absolutely any other option outside of S&W, I highly recommend taking that option. On another note. you MUST wear a mask but nevermind the fact that other people are right up in your bubble, because they are also waiting to be seen, and NOTHING is ever wiped down, but be sure and keep that mask on 🙄 The experience is made so much better by the gnats flying around the waiting room, that is overcrowded with people because you sit there for over an hour waiting on an apt.
