I don’t know if I would consider this a false negative, but rather an insufficient sample because the nurse barely put the swab far enough into my nose. She also told me it would be 10 seconds and she barely swabbed for 5 seconds. I was positive on rapid tests at home before AND after I had this test done. I used a Binax rapid home test 3 days prior, which was positive. 2 days after I had the test done at Sameday, which was negative, I was positive on the QuickVue rapid home test. I don’t think the nurse was thorough enough with the swabbing and this may result in false negatives. I would not pay for a test here again.

No nurse showed up to work on the morning of our test. The staff scrambled to find a replacement to no avail. The location does not have a phone line of its own, apparently, so every transaction has to go through their nightmare overseas customer service "help" line. Just a complete fumble.

Yes, they list the date and time for when the test was taken, recieved and returned.
You have to set up a profile and schedule an appointment on line.
We stronger recommend an appointment to reduce your time spent at the location.
We offer priority PCR both through insurance and self pay with guaranteed <36 hour turn around time. I would reccomend scheduling an appointment 48 hours before your time of departure, so you have enough time to get to the airport and still be within the 72 hour window.
