One of the best shows in town. Each and every voice you hear serenade you. Staff is very professional, House manager and assistant House manager two great people, that is doing an wonderful job running this show Hades Town. I recommend everyone to take time out to come see this show. Some of the greatest performers under the Broadway lights

I m on wheelchair and I was at the Springsteen 's show at Walter Kerr a couple of months ago, The staff is great!! Very gentle! No problem at all for restroom and any kind of support for people with our condition!! Enjoy the show 😉👍
Yes, but you can also buy them online through his website
It's 2 hours no intermission. It also ended at 10.10. If hang outside of the theater Bruce and patty come out to leave around 10:25 the day I was there. Enjoy the show it's outstanding!!
I think I saw someone with a headset, ask the box office. The show is awesome. I could totally see the benefits of the device. I hope you enjoy the show
There are announcements stating absolutely NO pictures until the end of the show, but yes, you can bring your camera/phone in. We did take pictures near the stage BEFORE the show. I saw theatre staff go to 2 or 3 people who obviously didn't hear the announcements and tried to take pictures during the show. Honestly, it's nice to just listen and enjoy Bruce and his songs/stories without seeing cameras and phones.
Bad snowstorm Mar 7 and "the show must go on!"
I know they do have some accessable devices but not sure about a telecoil specifically
Yes you can
Check with your ticket seller - not theatre
Do an internet search of Walter Kerr Theater. Obtain phone number and call Theater explain to them about your lost wallet. Maybe someone found it. Good luck
You will love the show!!!! Have fun little songbird!
Check their website.
In the Orchestra on the Aisles
The run time for Hadestown is generally 2 hours and 25 minutes with one 15 minute intermission. Saturday 2pm matinees get out around 4:25. We look forward to seeing you at the Walter Kerr!
There is no official bag/coat check station, but the attendants will put it in a back room for you if you ask. I've taken a laptop in a case in and stored it under the seat - that might be the easiest for you.
They check everything I don't think there was a limit on size. Seats are kind of tight so room might be a problem with space during the show.
Just checked. No cloakroom at all. :-(
When we eel there someone from the box office walsl looking in the line for people who had extra tickets.it would be worth a try.
At physical ticket box office or ticket Master online. Only ways to purchase.
Anything is possible. I'd call the box office that morning and ask if there are tickets available and how many.
Will call is available
I bought four $99 tickets through Broadway.com. I paid a $175.00 surcharge! I was astounded. I will never use them again. Good to know about buying them by phone directly from the theater.
At most Broadway theaters tickets can be replaced at the box office with either credit card or email confirmation as ID
Because most people who go to a show like to sit together and the theater is being considerate of that.
For each performance, on the day of, an extremely limited number of rush seats will be available starting at 5pm for evening performances and 12pm for matinee performances. For sold out performances, standing room tickets will be sold immediately following. There is a limit of one ticket per person. Tickets are also available through the online lottery at www.luckyseat.com/shows/hadestown-newyork
I agree with Ms. Levy-Sisk. May need to speak with the box office staff directly. I recommend calling first. I'm sure they will be happy to help out. Those tickets should be more in-demand with all the Tony wins the show got.
See someone who works there when u arrive
Hi Judith. A limited number of rush tickets are sold on the morning of the performance at the box office.
Our box office is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
No, you can only buy merchandise when the theatre is open and only if you have tickets. If you don't have tickets you can always go in at the end of the show.
The show is about 2 1/2 hours.
For March, our box office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm.
Hi Steven. Please contact your point of purchase about exchanging your tickets. And congratulations to your friend!
Hi David, Thanks for reaching out. Mezzanine seats at the Kerr are located up three flights of stairs. Please be aware that there is no elevator, however all staircases have handrails, and there are landings if you need to pause on your way up or down.
You won't have any issues. Awesome seat attendants. Enjoy Bruce! It's Epic😊
The pizza place from that quote is Patsys on 60th St & Lex. Frankie is Frank Sinatra. That was the place he made famous!!
7.00 pm
Go early. Tight confines and lines for fiid, drinks and any souvenir purchases.
Yes, but it is NYC, so plan ahead and to pay top dollar.
Usually ticket master or telecharge will say on the website what seats are actual spaces were you'd put your wheel chair as the actual seat
I'll take your tickets and and find out, I'll let you know.
The only thing tighter than the seating is the security. Try calling the theater for info.
My moment of the Year is tomorrow. I came from Belgium just to see the Man. Can’t wait. Luc.
Tony is correct. If you're at the right place near the entrance at the right time, he signs autographs on his way in. Good luck ☺
You will be in the 3rd tier, first row.
If you stop by the theatre box office and ask them. They have a very helpful staff. Please be specific as to what day you were in the theatre. There is a lost and found.
We like the Edison Hotel. We like ROW NYC we have enjoyed the Hilton Garden suites on 42nd St. If money is not an issue, then The Marriott Marquis, it the Rennaissance. All good. We have also liked Hotel Mela And the Radio City Apartments.
Not during the performance. It's a small theatre so I try to carry light.
I entered Sprindsteen on Braodway with my phone. I did not print the ticket.
Doors open at 7pm. They sell drinks and memorabilia
If you are talking about Springsteen on Broadway, it is COMPLETELY SOLD OUT! Tickets on stubhub could be a spam and go for over 1000 dollars
