Beautiful old theater

I saw Macbeth and Leopoldstadt here. Tight seats and bathrooms could use some attention. Overall nice theatre.

We we're able to get our tkts @ 12. However, that was during the week, not sure about weekends. I'd say follow the e-mail or call.
Not sure its best to call
I had no problems in Dec when we were there
Hi Howard, Travelling by car on Gridlock Alert Days, especially when the UN is in session, is definitely not advised. We suggest taking mass transit to ensure you make curtain time. Kindest Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
Yes

If you buy from the official website ( not a reseller) the fee is just a few dollars but, when you can, going to the box office is always better. The people will give you options or suggest one choice over another . They are usually pretty nice.
If there is a show playing the box office will be open on Saturdays
Hi Beatrix, The 49th Street Subway Station on 7th Avenue. Kind Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator

Hi Cindy, Yes, you may bring your own water, we just ask that you follow our covid protocols, and that you fully mask up between sips. Kind Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
Hi Kim, There is a merchandise kiosk in the box office lobby which is available pre-show, at intermission and at the end of the show, so you could always stop by then. Always let a member of the front of house staff or security know what your intentions are so that they can assist you with getting to the kiosk as there are COVID safety and security protocols in place. Also you can always check in at the various Broadway merchandise shops in the theatre district. For example: https://www.oneshubertalley.com/ Thanks, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
It's usually open 2 hours before show time
It's on the middle of the block between Broadway(7th) and 8th. The Prom is a great show!!
I'd call the main office number, they can help with lost and found
Not sure but I believe that's correct.
Not that I saw, but I'm they could hold it somewhere for u if u asked
They didnt ask for ID
I can recommend the diner Junior, but not sure about their food being kosher. Sorry.
The fees can be high, but to watch the Bronx Tale at the longing theater you must get a first row mezzanine, and that's lower mezzanine. For this particular play musical those are the best seats in the house not the orchestra.
Yes you can. Just dont get ridiculous and bring in an entire meal. :)
Have him print the tickets and that will solve the any inconveniences at the door
Yes it is located in the basement by the bathrooms.
There's a possibility depending on how much snow we get but it's doubtful. You're better off calling the box office.
Broadway doesn't close unless the NYCTA/MTA closes. We unfortunately learned that firsthand when we first went to see Phantom. We got all the way there in a horrific snow storm and learned that they closed 45 minutes before we got there. If they close, they reimburse. If they don't I don't believe they do.
Al Bque , if you don't want to help, don't answer. People are asking questions for a reason.
I would check their website
Go to a FedEx location and they can help take you through the process and print.
It varies depending on the temperature outside as well as inside.
I think you can but it will probably cost you , like anything else in NYC. I'M Not 100% sure though. My advice would be to call the theater directly. Hope this helps you ?
Most uncomfortable place to see a show. The seats are rock hard, small, and very cramped. And if you dont get seats on the bottom level, you might have a pole in your face blocking your view.
