I love Teri Jones. She and her staff at Family First always take the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed or like my symptoms are not valid . She calls me with a results which is almost never heard of. The care you receive exceeds all expectations.

I had high expectations with this doctors office after seeing the reviews only to be disappointed by my overall experience with the office and Dr. Egelsee. I went in for my routine physical and the doctor barely took 10-12 minutes and I felt rushed. After my physical was complete the doctor asked me to come back to the office to discuss my report instead of doing it over the phone and took 5 minutes giving advice and now I saw a bill come through for this follow up visit where my insurance paid about half and I am asked to pay half (couple hundred $) for advice that could have clearly been done by the phone. This is unacceptable business practice and I don’t recommend this doctors office.

Yes, Ma'am!

Are masks still required as a patient? If so, why? Unless the vaccine doesn't work. Everyone's had the chance to get the vaccine.

Do you give the covid vaccine there?

We do not have vaccine. I would suggest going to the Texas Department of State Health Services website each day. It lists the facilities that have vaccine.
