I feel like it is a good rule of thumb not to be rude and dismissive to a customer when you’ve lost their package. I’ve had to come in several times inquiring about a package that they missed placed due to an employees error. I’ve been nice and understanding however every time I come in I feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff even though it’s them that lost the package. Mistakes happen however I’ve been provided little to no information on which steps to take in order to locate my package I’m always told to leave my contact info and they’ll be in touch. After calling the 1 800 customer service line I realized that they have been withholding information that is important to know in order to retrieve my package at some point. It has felt dismissive to find this out.

Refuses to pick up phone during hours of operations, despite my 20+ calls over 2 weeks. There is also no voicemail set up, so contacting them remotely is impossible.

This place was really helpful for me qhwn I needed to fill out a customs form with my shipment. Gave great instructions and I got it right the first time I did mess up a little when I had to list everything in the box. I kept it generic such as snacks, nuts, sweets but they didn't inform me I had to specifically list everything in such a time space. But oh well we got it done by working together.

Extremely friendly customer service. Came in around 3:45 and had the smoothest experience ever. Employee even allowed me to use plastic refuge they had discarded as packaging.
