I came here for my passport and the process went so smooth. My appointment was at 1:15, went in at 1pm and I was out in 10 minutes. Super fast, the lady was really nice and friendly.

I've never had such awful mail service until I got stuck with this post office. Over the last year, they've lost wedding invitations, medical documents, and other pieces of mail after I've gotten a delivery preview of the items, and picking up packages is a nightmare. Back in December, I was almost handed the wrong person's certified mail despite the clerk holding my delivery attempt notice with my name and address and me having presented my ID multiple times. Just this week, I've been dealing with a missing package that wasn't delivered due to needing a signature on Tuesday, (though they never rang my video doorbell), was apparently loaded back on the truck before I could pick it up on Wednesday morning after a 45-minute wait behind only 4 other people, and is now missing after trying to schedule a redelivery on Thursday. Other problems raised about trouble getting mail keys, broken-in mailboxes, and slow staff are true, and I've heard every frustration story while stuck waiting in line. Oh, and it looked like the postmaster was there the day I was in. He looked like he cared as little as everyone else as he sent someone doing busywork at the counter off to some kind of training at another location and didn't even look at the line that was 10 people long after my time was wasted trying to pickup a package that wasn't there. It blows my mind how anyone can get away with being so careless about their job without repercussions.

If you want your package to go missing, this is the place to get it delivered by. This is the worst delivering company ever. This is the second time they lose a package that belongs to me. Its 2022 and Amazon and other delivering companies take PICTURES of packages when they deliver it, so WHY USPS CANNOT do the same thing!!? I went and talked to the supervisor Jonas, he said he was the supervisor, all he did was check on his computer that it showed that it was delivered, with no proofs. I asked him to call the driver to get more information as to where it was delivered, description of the house etc. He told me he couldn't do that because he didn't know what driver was assigned to deliver the package. How is he a supervisor and don't know what driver was assigned to deliver the package!!? I filed a claim online and I was told they cannot do anything because it shows it was delivered but yet they do not know whether it was left in front of my door or in the mailbox. If I could give them a negative star, I would. If I could get my mail delivered by someone else other than USPS, I would make those changes happen ASAP. Again, make sure you do not get any packages delivered by USPS if you're trying to save yourself a headache.

Never pick up the phone; Lost an important package of mine and did not even both picking while I tried them during morning office hours

The only way to talk to anyone at any post office is to show up in person and wait in line No one answers phones, ever Good luck
I would encourage all persons affected by this to direct their complaints to 4 places. Those being the U.S. Postmaster General, directly to President Biden, and to your U.S. Congress persons and your U.S. Senators. This is continuing internal sabotage of the USPS by the US PMG. Appointed by the Previous Guy.
yes... even with the self-help Kiosk... it does postage, renewal of p.o. boxes, and or buy stamps
In my experience, no post offices ever answer their phones. This one is likely no different.
No. I would assume not. Federal holiday.
No
This is not a question.
70 for 6 months
Visit the post office
Think you have to call ahead and get an appointment. Based on conversation from people who arrived and were turned away.
No 70 lb limit
What was your address?
I would visit the Post Office and talk with then. Sometimes going in person is all you can do.
Yes you can
You need to take that up with the apartment complex. The USPS is not responsible for damage to post office "cluster" boxes at apartment complexes. Good Luck!
