It is NOT open at 2:20pm on a Monday. This is the second post office that says it’s open (and the front doors are) but there is no one working and no self serve kiosk at the location

Not that they care, but all the bad reviews are accurate. I’ve used USPS offices in multiple States across the US, and this one easily ranks as one of the worst. Slow, disorganized, long lines, no self serve kiosk, did I mention SLOW? You are better off driving to another location.

DONT SHIP PACKAGES HERE. One of the employees put a $600 one of a kind package in the wrong mailbox and it’s gone. They were completely unhelpful, and didn’t care at all. I truly warn any business owner who wants to ship a package to a customer there. Go with UPS instead. If your job is to deliver a package in a certain mailbox and you can’t even do that, maybe it’s time for a new job. The incompetence is unbelievable:( stay far away from this place

Very crummy Post Office, Didn't have the availability to send out mail, only to pick up, and the staff was extremely rude. I'd avoid this place like the plauge. Hopefully their are better Post Offices in Austin. Because this one is trash top to bottom.
