I was a patient of hers for 2 years up until she left IMA. Not sure where she went as she disappeared and the office didn’t notify me when I had a scheduled appointment with her in October. Hope she is doing well, but I’m glad to be in the position of having to find a new doctor. However, I can’t imagine what it must feel like for others with more intensive medical issues to have a doctor just leave without notice. For that reason, I am giving 1 star.

Cindy Zughbi is very professional , highly skilled doctor who actually cares about her patients ! I am continuing to search to see if I can reestablish at her new practice wherever that might be . She has an A+ physician !

Both my parents, my husband and I went to her and loved her. So shocked and saddened that she left the practice. Have heard many negatives about Millenium Health. Trying to find another doctor to take her place and will be hard to match her. She was so good to my parents and on the ball with their healthcare needs. Hopefully we will find her again.

The first visit a couple years ago was great. But every other visit was just more and more disappointing. I saw her in July, she wrote me the wrong script for a controlled substance which I didn’t notice until last week when I went to fill it. I also noticed that she wrote 3 copies of this script, which is always nerve-wracking because if I lose one, I have to file a police report. The pharmacy tells me she wrote the wrong one, and when I called in to get it switched they say she doesn’t work with IMA as of August 17th! That would have been nice to know last month when she scheduled me for a follow up appointment in October. I never heard anything about her departure, but the last time I was there all she could talk about was her new job at a medical cannabis clinic and how I’d be a great candidate for it. So I imagine she quit IMA and moved to full time there, or she was fired. Who knows. She also refused to perform any diagnostic tests on my mother (who was also her patient), kept nonchalantly saying her constant bleeding (for months) was because of menopause. Nope. After getting a second opinion, they found large polyps that completely filled her uterus that had to be removed by surgery. She admits that it was a mistake not filing a malpractice lawsuit. Zughbi might be good for a one time check up if you don’t want someone to physically touch you, but I wouldn’t recommend her if you actually have something wrong with you.
