I had such a wonderful experience at the Avana, Keenan the property manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property and the application process. He took his time on the tour and made me feel very comfortable with finding a new home. I love the pool area, and the gym space. I will be back to apply for a home after I consult with my spouse. If you come to tour the property, please ask for Keenan he is a rockstar! :)

I love the staff, the property and the neighborhood! I worked closely with Keenan while choosing my new apartment and he left no question unanswered. Truly a joy to work with. The grounds were well manicured, and the apartment was spotless. There are also great amenities on the property. I'm glad that I made the decision to choose Avana Avebury for my new home. I would recommend the Avana to all those in Charlotte looking for a new place.

Avana is making wonderful renovations to all of the apartments! They have made the prudent decision to put Debbie in the front office in a management position. She is ALWAYS professional and helpful and tries to assist with all of my needs! Go see avana!

The Last Jedi

The property is nice but the agents can use some work. The agent I worked with started out agreeable. However, she quickly became aggressive and rude while making offhand comments after I decided not to rent there. I don’t know if GreyStar or this specific location has their leasing agents on a commission based income, but that’s how she approached the situation. All her professionalism seemed to go out the window when I decided not to go forward with the lease. Apparently, you also don’t get your refundable admin fee back until up to 75 days after the application. I wasn’t told that until after I decided not to move forward with the lease. I’ve lived in several complex’s before and I have never heard of this. Be ready to sign or do as they say or you will have to deal with bad attitudes and rude comments.
