The management is rude your guests have to pay for parking through a app called pogo and they have to place 15$ on your account instantly when you scan the guests parking sign when I called several times for maintenance through management they never sent them out the company that owns the complex placed new lights in bath last year before the holidays left big hole around fixture never came back to fix lived there for water leak over head stained ceiling never fixed sent out lease revised card on card said if you don't send card back in by certain date your lease will not be renewed and you have to vacate apartment when your lease expires so I didn't send card back in cause I didn't want to renew lease told management said I had to give them a 2 month notice kept my 1200 deposit trust and believe company is not professional at all rent went from 820 to 964 in 1 year

Cassidy the property manager was very helpful and super quick responsive during my leasing experience. I would recommend the Village at Brierfield to anyone, they have competitive rates and a great community. The maintenance crew is also truly a great group of guys. They work hard and are quick to get the job done quickly and correctly.

Rooms are old but I got what I paid for since it isn't the most expensive apartment. They refunded my entire security deposit when I moved out. Front office staff is very friendly and maintenance men are fast and nice.
