Currently am a resident with my boyfriend here. Definitely would not ever bother trying to renew my lease here. Apartments are not worth 1500$ you find roaches, spiders and hornets and such. Keep in mind that I pay for pest control. Amenities are all old and broken yet maintenance can never make it to you unless its an emergency even though I dont have a dishwasher or dryer that works. They have all the water pipes connected so you wake up randomly with no water allll day…. 90 degrees out today and no water for hours. People at the front office are extremely rude, impatient and absolutely no help whatsoever, especially the women who answers the phone. I would not recommend living here.

I have lived here until an year ago. One of the worst things I experienced is the frequent water shut-offs. Honestly that’s what drove me off this place. Management should know that temporary patching up is not going to solve the problem if it fails to stay fixed. If you can’t support the basic needs of the residents then be prepared to have lot more empty houses or if that’s what you want.

If I had an option to rate this 0 stars, I would. This is a pathetic place to be. It’s a place where you would meet cockroaches everywhere around the apartment. They shut off water frequently and also without notice which is a nightmare for people with kids and parents. They have increased the rents rocket high but in terms of maintenance they are no where close to what they are charging the residents. I am a resident here and I don’t recommend this to anyone to suffer. We have had uninformed water shut early Monday morning at 7:30 which drives me insane. Pathetic!

There is no option for zero stars other wise would have selected that. There is no water ( from 7:20 am) and the residents had to fill water from rain. If this is the experience you are looking for you are at the right community.posting what he had to go through … And yes it’s not a one time incident
