As others mentioned...put down money, told a move in date, ghosted for multiple weeks, then told the apartment isn't available 7 days before move-in date via email.

The laziest and most incompetent leasing office I've ever had to deal with. Do not apply here, they list apartments as being open until you apply and pay a deposit and then will ghost you for weeks only to tell you the apartment is gone and you aren't getting your money back. Imagine the lack of soul it takes to not only charge as much as they do for slums, but then to also scam people who are simply looking for a place to live. Sad excuse for humanity.

No...our apt complex doesn't...you should be able to receive a list from the housing authority as to what apt complexes do.
