I met Ryan a few months ago at the Leasing Office of Simmons Park Apartments when I came to my BNI meeting. Since the first time I came into the building I noticed how inviting and charismatic he was. I have been visiting Simmons Park Building on a weekly basis for my BNI meetings and Ryan has always been very supportive and helpful. His caring personality makes anyone feel comfortable in his presence. I truly feel Ryan is one of those few people who has that unique talent to build deep connections with others. What a great way to cultivate meaningful work through Wholehearted living! Ryan, I wish you all the best in business and in life!" With gratitude Luci LLeon

This is a warning to anyone that even is considering this complex. I had mold (the bad kind) in our apartment and have been seeing multiple doctors for this as I showed all the symptoms as things progressed, however, it took me MONTHS to find the source. Started with a random rash, to an extreme sore throat (this is when I found the mold!) They “cleaned it” but you cannot remove mold unless you get every spore! I had someone come in and test for it (and this was at my expense and it was not cheap at all). The source was coming from where my instincts assumed, which was the shower oddly enough. I am currently spending a lot of money on getting this fungal out of my system as there are symptoms I do not wish to share however my friend walked into the bathroom and left abruptly and vomited shortly after. My symptoms are much, much worse. The best part is they nickel and dime you. I wish I didn’t clean as well as I did, cabinets wiped, cleaned to a T minus sweeping the hardwood floor. They charged us for a tack strip upon move out that is CLEARLY installed improperly. They will put on a show and dance and tell you what you want to hear and it has been a year since the “promised replacements of carpets”. I wouldn’t trust them at all. I am most concerned with my health and their lack of empathy or even care in the world as I exchanged emails with the leasing manager there and when I requested an in person walk through she said “and I don’t want to hear about your concern for the next resident moving in”, as I am an ethical person and DO NOT want someone going through what I am still currently dealing with. We HAD to move. (Background of Simmons Park: it flooded and they had to meet a deadline so things were installed poorly to meet that deadline- factual.. I could go on and on and so could a lot of other residents..)

It's hard to know what the actual price will be for any apartments in Charleston. The pricing changes regularly and they run specials which greatly affect costs. Best thing to do is to go visit or call honestly. I will say though that I absolutely LOVE living here! Quiet place with very friendly neighbors, beautiful neighborhood, apartments are stunning, and tons of great things to do within walking distance. The staff is absolutely top knotch, kind, and quick to help you out with anything you might need. Highly recommend living here.
Ours is $1825 but I think units differ. Check their website for availability.
