Great vets. Open always which is clutch in this area. But plan to pay for that convenience.

After having some bad experience in Nazareth, we settled here. Even though we have to drive 30 minutes to get to appointments it is well worth it. The staff is very friendly and great with handling the animals, doctors are knowledgeable. We have been coming here for almost 10 years now and are very happy with the treatment.

Sorry, but I don't really know how to use these features. I had only a good experience there. What would you like to know?
Our regular appointments are booked out for several weeks, when a client calls for an emergency we give them a time frame based on how long we think the wait will be. We do not have actual emergency visit times as it is on an as-needed basis. The time frame given when a client calls is based on the schedule and if we are already double or triple booked with other emergencies. This is why a client may come in at 3 pm for their emergency visit, but not be seen until 4 pm. All clients are charged an emergency fee because the appointment is being squeezed in which results in staff not getting breaks and working past their shifts. While we appreciate all the clients, we charge our regular clients (those who get their vaccines and wellness exams here) a lower emergency fee than a non-client as a thank you for their trust in us."
Emergency visit is $135
We tried to take a couple of strays in to see if they would help because one had an abcest in his eye that was visible and would kill him within minutes. The answer was if you have 300.00 we will save him. We had 275.00 and they said they could euthanize him instead. We finally got the remaining 25.00 to save his life. We kept him and named him Georgie. However he did lose his eye. We took him in and saved him with our own money with not one drop of help from them. Not that they are obligated to help at all, but a bit of humanity to the community would be nice sometime. So my answer is, with my experience, No. I don't believe they will help. I may be wrong, but so far its all about the money with them. Sorry. Wish I could be more confident. Where I came from before I moved to PA, the Angel Memorial in Boston is the best for that sort of thing. They turn no one away. Good luck
They are costly, but that is expected of a hospital environment. The Drs are great and know their stuff. It puts my mind at ease when we have a pet emergency and know we can go their 24/7.
Did you leave a message? They call back pretty quick, I had an emergency, they called me back pretty quick, before I could get the dog in the car
Our phones aren't working. Verizon is working on them. If you have an emergency please just come to the hospital
Our recommendation is to phone Wrights Veterinary Hospital. They deal with exotic animals.
