this place is a joke. their phones have been down for over a week. how the hell can a medical facility exist if the patients can't even contact the office. I have no idea if they can even make outgoing calls. never in my life experienced anything so unprofessional. waiting on biopsy results for three weeks now and can't even contact them to find out what is going on. sent emails too, no answer. This place sucks

person that answered phone has no telephone skills. Her answers were cut and dry. Yes or no. You think she's be more inviting if she wanted my business. Asked what are the hours, places me on hold for a while, I'm thinking what is taking so long it's a simple question. After hearing music for several minutes (she never got back on the line) I hung up. This is my first encounter with this place with just a phone call. First impression is poor. I'll take my business elsewhere.
