Great service, very helpful and easy to access fax and copy machines.

It was 7:55 and they close at 8. I asked for help scanning because usually you can scan right from the copier machines but that wasn't an option this time. The female employee rudely explained that "we about to close and you gotta be on time up in here or the machines close down." I informed her that it wasn't necessary to be rude. I have a feeling she is the rude person other people have mentioned because this isn't the first time I've heard her be rude.

This FedEx says it opens at 8am but no one will even open the door until 9am.

No. The closet one would be in Marietta, GA. There is one on the East West Connector and one on Windy Hill Road.
