I've never visited this place. I moved to the Poconos and was looking for a place to take my dog for antibiotics after I feared she may have a urinary tract infection. There were 2 banfields that were in my area. Upon calling both to schedule an appointment I was told that noone had shown up for scheduled vet services in 2 weeks at either. I didn't bother to make an appointment.

This place is just terrible. I need to call them multiple times to remind them to refill my dogs prescription. They charged me for the wrong wellness plan and now I'm committed to a plan I didn't want for a year. I'm not told what will be happening during the visit and I can't go with my dogs into the room. If I need to talk to the doctor, I have to stand outside the room! Find another vet, please. I know I will.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
