Dr. Jackson-Watson gets 5 stars. The staff I’m able to get on the phone and the other medical staff get 5 stars. Atrium health has ruined this clinic. The call back function barely works and when it does, it hangs up on you. Their computer system won’t let them schedule covid vaccines until the day they’re due (what kind of sense does that make???). Getting an well child appointment is nearly impossible, and a sick visit? Forget it. We’ve been to an urgent care or the ER 3 times now because this place literally does not return phone calls. It’s infuriating.

Don't expect to be able to call them. Service used to be great, now you just get caught in an endless loop of automated service. Impossible to schedule appointments. I've been trying for literally 2 weeks.

I've been using RRP for years and recently I must say I'm less than impressed. It's almost impossible to get a call back from a nurse/doctor. My daughter has had a sore throat for 7 days. She was seen and the doctor said he aaw nothing in her throat when with my flashlight I was able to wee white spots. I've asked over two days to get antibiotics sent it for her and I've been told she needs to be seen again and I refuse to pay for another visit within a two span. When doctor Soucie left, it's like it all went downhill!! Going to be finding a new pediatrician at this point. Highly disappointed!!

I have been taking my oldest to see Dr. Watson and her team for the last 5 years and now my newborn is also seeing her. We love their staff here. Dr. Watson and her team are very professional and informative. They really do care for their patients and the parents of the patients. I really enjoy the process of whenever I had my second born. I received a phone call from their newborn nurses calling in to check in on me and my baby, which help answer all my questions regarding care for my newborn baby as it has been more then 5 years since I had a newborn. Dr. Watson and her team takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have regarding your child's health. Let's not forget the other providers there as well Dr. Nuse, Dr. Gagina, and Dr. Shareef. Each and everyone one of these ladies are all amazing pediatricians. As well as all their staff there. They are all wonderful!!! Thank you all for your continue care.

Every child’s health needs are unique. Here is the standard schedule for well-child visits, or checkups: - 1 to 2 days after discharge from the hospital - 2 weeks - 4 weeks - 2 months - 4 months - 6 months - 9 months - 12 months - 15 months - 18 months - 2 years - 2.5 years - 3 years+ (annually) In addition to tracking your child’s growth and development, these visits help us catch and treat issues early. If your child has any unique health needs or gets sick or injured, they may need to come in more frequently than the routine well-child visits.
