The attitudes from these nurses and staff are ridiculous. At my child’s last appointment, the manager was very rude bc she thought I scheduled an appointment with another doctor at this location instead of the same one my child usually see, when it’s the lady I spoke with over the phone, that scheduled the appointment & recommended doing that to get my child seen quicker. AGAIN today, I just got off the phone with nurse Natasha that gave me attitude & told me that my child’s well check and ADHD appointment couldn’t be scheduled at the same time, when it was the same lady that answered my call and sent them a message, recommended that they both be done during the same appointment.. I already know the policies for this office. Management need to train whoever answering the phones so that she and whomever else is on the same page with policies and procedures, bc the next time I’m given attitude for something I didn’t do or request, I’m not going to be as professional and understanding as I have been….. I’ve been so patient dealing with these nasty attitudes over the years and there’s been times I didn’t feel like bringing my children bc I didn’t feel like dealing with it. I also have friends that experience the same at this doctors office. The only reason I haven’t left is because my children loves Dr. Stanfield and she’s a great doctor. However, the attitudes I’ve encountered from others here need to be corrected ASAP. From reading other reviews, it’s clear that attitudes and being rude is a major problem at this office. Update: So, I just got off the phone with Natasha and it’s the same nasty disgusting attitude being given and the last thing I’m going to do is go back and forth with this girl... The lack of professionalism and concern from her is not something I would want in a nurse.

Would give no stars if possible. Rude front desk staff that could care less about keeping patients.

Hello everyone! If you’re looking for a good Pediatrician for your little one, you have found the right place. I change my toddler girl to this clinic from Myers park peds, and I also bring my baby here since she was born it’s been about 6 months and all I can say is that We love Mrs Chavez she’s so sweet and caring. She always makes sure you understand everything and if you have any questions before leaving the room. Thanks y’all at this pediatric office y’all are doing an amazing job. ❤️

IF they had a negative star I would give that, Dr.Chaves is a Great Doctor but their practice policy is terrible good patients have to pay for bad patients actions and also they say they are super busy, I don't know what they mean by that, if that means that they have enough patients that they don't need us as patients.I am totally disappointed, hope I can find another practice with better costumer service.
