Most recent experience here with my two young children has been appalling and devasting. I would like to think that a doctor, a CHILDRENS doctor at that, would not dismiss the concerns of a family's contagious often misdiagnosed and potentially life damaging even life taking ailment. When concern was expressed and also the fact was expressed that the mother has been diagnosed with a highly contagious condition, we asked for the children to be examined for said condition, the doctor then proceeds for a second time this being the second visit for this issue totally dismisses and even laughs at our cry for help. Not to mention his adamant questioning my children's behaviors that he was totally making up in his own sick mind, it's almost as if he was doing these things on purpose. He is not only ignorant and stubborn, pretty sure it is a crime for what he is doing malpractice. And I have already filed a complaint with the medical board and with some of the other reviews I have read recently that his time being a doctor especially being a children's doctor is coming to an end. Due to his nonconcern and immature acts he is likely to cause our children lifelong disabilities, unnecessary suffering and prolonged healing. Honestly, he's lucky that someone has not gone up there by now and expressed to him the feelings that he is causing families because I promise you it's not good. The amount of time, money, and peace of mind and he has taken from my family for not taking us seriously is tremendous and irreplaceable, for which he needs to be sued. Again, left devastated disgusted and hurt I will reframe and fight this battle with my family and do my best to get that doctor out of his position.

We have been going here for my kids the last 6 months and we have had a great experience with Dr Qian. He always takes time to talk through everything thoroughly and makes sure he listens. He is great for helping us with our routine meds and they always get the kids in quickly if they are sick. The staff is friendly and always quick to return phone calls when we need the Dr.

Dr Qian has an amazing bedside manner. He never seems hurried and he has a connect with kids. There is a sense of reassurance when he talks to the children.

Just AMAZING! We've been with her for 2 months and Dr. Li-Pelaez is great in so many aspects. She's sweet with our girl and has such a calming presence. She's also very thorough with her assessments and questions and pays attention to the smallest details. I'm a nurse and I interact with doctors all the time in the hospital. From experience and personal perspective, Dr. Li-Pelaez is great at listening to and addressing family's concerns which is extremely important for us. Never rushes and takes her time. We also had stillborn twins in 2018 so we were a bit worried about finding a good doctor that will listen to us and be genuinely caring. I have to say we were blessed to find her right after the hospital. Staff is also super welcoming and friendly and the wait is NEVER more than 10 minutes.
