I've attended several classes instructed by Kay at Trybe. The studio offers a warm, relaxed, and inviting space. Kay is personable, attentive, and talented at her craft. The best way I can describe her style is "therapeutic". After every session, I felt refreshed and relieved from stressors in my life; like the feeling of a weight being lifted. She has a class for everyone, whether you're new or experienced, in good shape or have mobility issues, are looking for relaxation or intensity. She truly is gifted and you can tell she enjoys using that gift to help others find relief, heal, and grow.
