Wow, it's incredible how big a change this institution has made. I have been taking my children to Amboy Pediatrics for 6 years now and lately they have so little or no empathy. My son had an appointment for 3 pm, but he got sick and I took him in the morning to have him checked out because he had a fever and vomiting and the person who took care of me told me that my appointment is for 3 o'clock. boy vomited all night and it's 11 o'clock and he hasn't eaten anything because he vomits everything how do you want him to wait until 3 o'clock? I understand that they have many children, but they should attend to emergencies, children who arrive sick should be a priority. I felt a lot of impotence because my son even vomited twice while he was there and they didn't pay any attention to me, I cleaned the vomit with my wipes. I didn't go to the emergency room because it's the same thing, they don't do anything and they send me to the pediatrician.

I call and they always put me on hold that’s very unprofessional that I’m on hold for an hour and call back and the same thing and there is always a very long wait time when I go in just a very unprofessional doctors in general
