The nurses here are incredibly rude. The one that was working this morning was slamming things around and didn’t bother explaining anything she was doing… I had to ask her what tests she was about to run on my child. She shoved the strep test around in my daughters mouth very aggressively and shoved in the ear thermometer with no warning as well. I told the doctor about it, but she didn’t seem concerned at all. I’ve been on the fence about switching doctor offices for some time now, and this definitely was the last straw. We won’t be back.

Free flu shot clinic ended up with me receiving two bills for $90 each. Hours on the phone with no resolution and because of my work schedule I can never get there in person. Don’t trust them.

Dr. Kagaaza is by far the best doctor there! However, Atrium as a whole is trash. Every single time I call, it’s like pulling teeth to actually be able to talk to somebody. I have been on hold for almost 30 minutes just to speak with someone. This is not acceptable. Edit: took me a total of 39 minutes to talk to someone

Dr. Puri is great however the majority of nurses seem rude and impatient.
