I’ve given this group too much slack for long enough. They recently outsourced their billing services, which completely disregard predetermined costs. Our family is receiving bills to pay the difference on discounted rates we were promised by the staff while in the office. I would recommend any families to document everything they say in writing and only visit this office if absolutely necessary. They still need to work out the kinks of their new billing system to stop taking advantage of innocent families. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I missed my appointment unfortunately due to medical issues they called me to reschedule which was a month out turns out the lady who called me never even booked my appointment, I'm done with this place.

Honestly they do absolutely nothing for your NICU baby that your own pediatrician can't do or recommend. They double book so the end up bringing in whatever physicians assistant are available and rushing through all the tests, coming in and out with multiple people inevitably leading your child to be distracted througout the duration. Then claim your child is unable to perform task they do on a daily basis because they were "distracted". Only to recommend even more therapy based on the skewed test results despite already graduating and being re-evaluated by professional therapists who disagree with the need for the exact therapies they are recommending! Just wasting your time and money repeatedly. They have to be getting kick backs based on recommendations and referrals for therapy. After 2 years of chasing my tail I will not be bringing my baby back here which is disappointing considering I really liked the original Dr. we saw there.

This place is honestly negligent and as such I will be taking up matters with the appropriate parties. I understand you have a set of tests but what type of facility lets a 2 year old child walk head first into a table on 3 separate occasions and proceeds to hand them a pen and let them run, AND FALL with it. My 2 year old daughter came home with pen all over her face and neck. This is a dangerous place for children. I will no longer be sending my daughter here and will be speaking with the head of the clinic among others. If you are being seen here please keep a very close eye on your child, I would hate for someone to get hurt.

Yes, it can seem frustrating when you need to schedule or chat with someone now, but they do answer or call back if you leave a message. I’ve noticed a sweet spot for reaching them between 10am and 11am or 1pm to 2pm. Hope you get ahold of them soon!
From their website: "Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations including medical, developmental, cognitive and neurobehavioral assessments at various intervals up to 6 years of age."
