It is exceptionally frustrating to reach anyone at the office. The hold time to get through to anyone is extremely lengthy. I brought this to management's attention over a year ago. They acknowledged this as a problem, but nothing has changed. When you use the online system there is an even longer wait time for a response. Expect to be on hold for at least 45 minutes each time you call, and expect that sick appointments will not available for the same day. As it stands today, I called four hours ago to set an appointment and have yet to connect with anyone in scheduling. Dr. Carr is a very good doctor, but the office apparently does not have the staff or team members to support her.

Dr. Carr is amazing. My kids love going to their well check ups. They are always excited to hear that they have an upcoming appointment. All three of my children feel calm around Dr. Carr and her staff. Ayesha is amazing as well.

My son was born about a year ago and we were referred to Dr. Glass here. When my son was 3 months old, Dr. Glass retired. Why a doctor planning his retirement would take a newborn is beyond me, but we really liked Dr. Glass so we stayed with the office. Absolute worst mistake we could have possibly made. We've seen multiple providers in the practice, some were more concerned about mine and my wife's vaccination status instead of treating my son at a sick visit, and others have sent us to multiple specialists just to have the specialist laugh and say I'm so sorry they wasted your time your son is perfect. At our last appointment, we were told that we needed a quick follow up appointment in a month to get a second Flu vaccine dose and a new lab draw. When discussing the scheduling conflict with the clinical staff before agreeing to get the first dose, they definitely seemed flexible, after all, we were just going to need a nurse visit. We go to the front desk to make the follow up and were told well you can only do a nurse visit on these days and we absolutely will NOT work with you to get you in on another day. Needless to say we will be finding a new doctor and warning everyone about this office.

Every child’s health needs are unique. Here is the standard schedule for well-child visits, or checkups: - 1 to 2 days after discharge from the hospital - 2 weeks - 4 weeks - 2 months - 4 months - 6 months - 9 months - 12 months - 15 months - 18 months - 2 years - 2.5 years - 3 years+ (annually) In addition to tracking your child’s growth and development, these visits help us catch and treat issues early.
