If I could I would give 0 stars. Living there was the worst experience of my life and then we moved out and thought we would be done with them, but we were not. We received calls from a collection agency saying we owed this apartment money. We received absolutely no notice of what we owed them, no email, no bill in the mail & we got kicked out of the portal giving us access to bills. The property manager told us he would take care of it but clearly he did not since our credit score was affected by this bill we never knew about nor had the ability to pay. Stay far far far away because living there is horrible and insanely expensive for absolutely nothing & then you’ll be dealing with them still after you moved out.

I moved here in 2016. They have had several owners. Today the Sign says Lily. I guest Radius sold it. The water is off constantly, the sewer bill is $90...4 times of what it use to be. We have mold in the bathroom, bathroom peeling, ceiling mold infested all they did was spray paint over the mold the 1st time, vent fell and almost hit me in the head. Our apartment has been flooded several times and now there is mold, old carpet, cars get broken into. The police is constantly out here for criminal activity. Rent is $1360 with no upgrades in the last 5 years. I paid $889 now it's almost $1400. I contacted corporate about the mold, no response. We are trying to leave this moldly apartment asap. Not worth the price. They promised new carpet, never got that. Zero stars if I could.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a management office. Applied for an apartment on 6/24/22 that was approved and it's now 8/17/22 and have had ZERO follow ups from them, no lease documents, no idea if they even have the apartment that I applied for. I have had to initiate all contact with them from phone calls (if they even answer, about a 25% chance of that happening), to visiting in person to ask what is going on!? Never an answer except "someone else will be getting this all set for you tomorrow, or on Monday etc." Whatever they have to tell you to get you to stop asking questions and leave them alone. Would give negative stars if I could. Thanks for putting me in a terrible situation with a pending move out of my current place in 2 weeks and zero actual work done on your part for a rental application you've had for almost 2 months.

I applied here in early January. Saw another place that i liked better and choose it. Although radius is very beautiful. The office staff is horrible. I was told i get refunded the admin fee of $300 and let’s just say they never sent it. It’s going on April and they don’t pick up the phone and EVERYTIME they do pick up they give me no answer of why i haven’t received my check back. I called numerous times. The staff doesn’t even try to help figure out the issue. They never even called me back. I was told the person who deals with the accounts are on vacation since February. It is now March 31. Still no refund. I’m so tired of calling and going through the same thing i would like to speak to the corporate office about that!
