One star is too much. They teamed up with Pulte to fail us 3 times now. The inadequate system is now falling off the front. We're stuck with a waterfall on our porch for 3 days. Double loser team Pulte-Carolina Gutters. Poor quality. And even poorer response/integrity. STAY AWAY!

They were supposed to fix leaking, sagging gutters, but did not do this. Instead they tore off the old gutter covers that were less than 1 year old and left them on the ground and replaced with their own covers, which was not the issue. I had them come back 3 different times to fix the job, and it still was not correct. They kept saying they would take care of the issues, but did not.Then one of the repair people who had brought his friend to the job came back and and they burglarized my home.

Do not use this company. They installed gutters for us in 2018 at our Kiawah residence. We went back to our permanent residence and didn’t see the gutters until we returned several months later. We didn’t realize that the corner joint was installed improperly until we put a second story deck on the house. It leaks constantly and drips onto the deck and anyone sitting beneath it. We called and were told it would cost 500 dollars to repair the corner as our warranty was outdated. My husband thought this excessive since the whole project initially was 1400 dollars. After numerous phone calls and finally threatening to call BBB We were told they would not come out because it would be a contentious situation. My husband said we will pay whatever to repair or replace. At this point it’s a health issue as the corner piece is full of water and mosquito larvae. They refused to come out. Believe me, we are the least contentious people you would ever meet. This is the first negative review we have ever written.
