Iconic and their team never stop trying to resolve your problem, even if you give up. I have had this problem with my accounting software for months. These two never stopped trying to help, even tried calling the software company's support directly. Unfortunately, we had to give up, but not because Iconic couldn't help! No, the accounting software support never returned their calls, so no fault on Iconic's part. I love this group of people!!
