We had a horrible experience here trying to find my husband's suit for our wedding. The salesperson who helped us was disinterested, unengaging, and didn't even listen to what we were asking for. We said several times we came in for a green suit specifically and he kept trying to show us other color suits. He didn't bother to ask what the occasion was for and even though we told him it was our wedding he couldn't have been less concerned about it. We didn't LOVE any of the suits but decided to settle on one anyways. The guy told us they were out of my husband's size but he could get it shipped over from another store in Boston. We agreed and said we wanted to purchase it and he said he would order it, took down our info, gave us a card, and we left. He followed up once several days later wondering if we still wanted it to which I replied questioning why he hadn't already requested it from Boston because that's what we had agreed upon. I never heard from him again. It was a total pain to follow up because you cannot contact anyone local to the store via the phone number you get routed to a helpline who has no idea what's going on. Weeks later after calling many times failing to get any real help I finally sent an email to someone else at the store (the guy provided us with someone else's card not even his own) and they explained that the suit we had ordered was no longer available and they offered us a t-shirt, a freaking T-SHIRT for our troubles. These clowns wasted months of our time for nothing.
